Job summary

Invictus Group is seeking a skilled Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer for a commercial site in Tottenham Court Road, London. The role covers PPM and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.

You will inspect and test fire alarms, emergency lighting and sprinklers, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Independent workers with relevant Level 2/3 qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Level 2 & Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
• Check building equipment and systems such as AC units, AHU/FCU's, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS.
• Support fabric maintenance including carpentry, paint work.
• Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday weekly rotation, 7am - 4pm & 8am - 5pm

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join my client\'s team, covering a commercial site in Tottenham Court Road, London. Key Responsibilities:
