Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd has a vacancy for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Cambridge. The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, offering £45,000 per year, 25 days holiday and pension.

You will maintain electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems across a commercial property and support log books and contractor management. Candidates should hold City and Guilds in electrical or mechanical disciplines, with apprentice training desirable and strong client-facing skills.

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Cambridge £45,000

An exciting opening for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a privately owned and highly reputable building services organisation on a commercial property in Cambridge. As a maintenance provider, who continues to be successful in the market, the company offers a great place to work, giving all the support and training required to help their engineers in their roles.

Working as part of a Team of 3 on site, we are looking for a Multi Skilled engineer with either Electrical or Mechanical City and Guilds qualifications. The Engineer will manage landlord planned and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, while being responsible for log books, supervising contractors and other relevant paperwork.

This is a great opportunity to join a privately owned business who look after their employees, working Monday to Friday, 8-5.
