Job summary

Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to cover electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems on a commercial property. You will join a small on-site team, with a Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 schedule and a £45,000 salary.

City and Guilds qualifications in electrical or mechanical disciplines are required; apprentice training is desirable and building services maintenance experience is preferred.

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

An exciting opening for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a privately owned and highly reputable building services organisation on a commercial property in Cambridge. As a maintenance provider, who continues to be successful in the market, the company offers a great place to work, giving all the support and training required to help their engineers in their roles.

Working as part of a Team of 3 on site, we are looking for a Multi Skilled engineer with either Electrical or Mechanical City and Guilds qualifications. The Engineer will manage landlord planned and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, while being responsible for log books, supervising contractors and other relevant paperwork.

This is a great opportunity to join a privately owned business who look after their employees, working Monday to Friday, 8-5.
