About The Role:

Pioneer Selection is partnering with a leading food manufacturing client seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. You will work in a fast-paced production environment, maintaining and improving machinery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform reactive and planned maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Conduct inspections and servicing for safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Assist with equipment upgrades and installations.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure safety compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing or industrial settings, preferably food manufacturing.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills, with PLC fault finding experience.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, BRC) is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
