Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Cardiff

• Support the engineering team by carrying out systematic tasks and continuous improvements to plant and machinery to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Identify areas for improvement in production performance, line utilization, and scrap reduction.
• Provide maintenance support for projects.
• Work on a variety of equipment including gearboxes, pumps, motors, bearings, drives, inverters, relays, sensors, conveyor systems, and PLCs.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Multi-skilled engineer – ideally electrical bias, but mechanical bias considered. 60:40 split.
• Experience within manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding abilities.
