Job summary

Teamwork Partnership Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Multi-Skilled Engineer for a long-established food manufacturing site in East Yorkshire. You will maintain production equipment, lead improvements with the Engineering Manager, and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in manufacturing, food production or FMCG.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Electrical certification or qualifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production equipment and site machinery
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
• Minimise production downtime
• Support the Engineering Manager with maintenance planning and site improvements
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Work closely with production teams to maintain operational efficiency
• Ensure all engineering work complies with Health & Safety and food safety standards

Teamwork Partnership is recruiting on behalf of their client, a long-established, family-owned business based in East Yorkshire. With over 75 years of heritage, the business continues to invest in its people, facilities and equipment and is now looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to strengthen its engineering team.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Multi-Skilled Engineer to work closely with the Site Engineering Manager, supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of the production facility. You will play an important role in keeping production equipment operating efficiently, reducing downtime and supporting ongoing site improvements within a well-invested food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
