Job summary

Burton-on-site maintenance engineer position in a growing manufacturer. You will perform preventative and reactive maintenance, carry out mechanical and electrical fault finding, troubleshooting and wider repairs across various systems in an automated environment.

Responsibilities include working with PLCs, following CMMS records, and ensuring reliable operation. On offer is local site work with a friendly team and opportunities to develop multi-skill capabilities.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and Electrical maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with PLCs is beneficial.

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance in an automated manufacturing environment.
• Fault finding, troubleshooting and wider repair on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Work with PLCs and electrical infrastructure and follow CMMS instructions.

Burton (on-site)

An opportunity to join a growing manufacturer in Burton in their maintenance team. Working in an automated manufacturing environment, you'll be responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance. You will carry out both mechanical and electrical fault finding, troubleshooting and wider repair / maintenance on various systems. You'll work with PLC's and other electrical infrastructure. All while making sure you are following details in the CMMS system.

Requirements

• Mechanical and Electrical maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic / pneumatic systems
• Any experience with welding / fabrication would be beneficial
• Hands on experience with PLC's is beneficial
