Job summary

Burton Upon Trent Food Manufacturer is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to join a small team responsible for the upkeep of production lines and equipment. The role covers a mix of morning and afternoon shifts across a Monday-Friday pattern, with a rotation to an early evening window in the following week.

Job description

We are working closely with a Food Supplement Manufacturer based in Burton Upon Trent who are looking to add a Multi-Skilled or Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer to their team ASAP.

The role will be working in a small team of Engineer's spanning across Monday-Friday morning and afternoon patterns, maintaining a variety of FMCG machinery and production equipment

Monday - Friday 6am-2pm, then folllowing week of Monday-Thursday 2pm-12am (midnight). No night on a rotation.

There is optional overtime available and night premiums if you cover nights (Not compulsory).

You must have previous Manufacturing / Production Machinery maintenance experience, ideally both Electrically and Mechanically skilled, with experience in reactive, breakdown and PPM maintenance.

Exact Food or Chemical background is not essential but desirable.

The company are a small but well ran team who are looking to add those extra hands into the Maintenance team to ensure that production runs as smoothly as possible
