Job summary

ETS Consulting Ltd is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Stoke. The role focuses on leading shift maintenance on high-speed packaging lines within a major FMCG environment.

You will perform planned and preventive maintenance, generate detailed CMMS reports, and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• Full apprenticeship in electrical engineering.
• Experience in high-speed FMCG environment with automated machinery.
• Experience with planned and preventive maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineer on shift and create detailed maintenance reports using CMMS.
• Execute continuous improvement projects and build stock items.
• Maintain packaging machinery such as slicers, taggers, basket fillers, stacking machines, inverters and drives.
• Perform fault finding on Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi PLCs.

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

4 on 4 off (2 Days/2 Nights)

Salary: £52,886 + Pension + Benefits

The Role

You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in electrical engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules within a high-speed automated environment. On a day to day basis, you will be the lead engineer on shift, create detailed maintenance reports using (CMMS), execute continuous improvement projects and build stock items. The role will involve the maintenance of packaging machinery, slicers, taggers, basket fillers, stacking machines, inverters, drives, sensors, and fault finding on Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi PLCs. The ideal candidate will also have some Mechanical knowledge and ideally 17th/18th Edition. Your experience will be supported with ongoing development, for you to create further opportunities, to enhance your career prospects within this huge multinational group.
