Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

£32,931 + Uncapped Overtime + Training

Wellington, Taunton

Are you a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, or similar with a mechanical bias and experience working on production machinery or within a manufacturing environment, looking to join a company offering excellent training and the opportunity to develop your skills on specialist machinery?

On offer is the opportunity to join an established manufacturing business where you will receive hands‑on training to develop your technical ability across machinery, maintenance, and site equipment. You will work in a varied maintenance role, supporting production and helping to keep machinery running safely and efficiently.

In this varied role, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, complete repairs, support machinery installations, and carry out general multi-skilled maintenance activities across production machinery and site equipment. You will work closely with production teams and other engineers to minimise downtime and support the smooth running of the site.

This role would suit a mechanically biased Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with manufacturing or production machinery experience who is looking for a Monday to Friday role, training, uncapped overtime at enhanced rates, and the chance to develop within a stable manufacturing environment.

The Role:

• Planned preventative maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and machinery installations
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance across production machinery and site equipment
• Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm, with uncapped enhanced overtime available

The Person:

• Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, or similar
• Mechanically biased with production machinery or manufacturing experience
• Commutable to Wellington, Taunton
