Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Multi Skilled Joiner for Portsmouth & Gosport to deliver responsive repairs and general multi-skilled tasks. This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week) covering 8am–7pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota and occasional out-of-hours callouts with extra pay.

You must reside in the Portsmouth area, hold a full UK driving licence, and a basic DBS check will be paid for by Guinness.

Qualifications

• Proven competence in joinery/carpentry with ability to perform multi-trade tasks.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment, ideally social housing.
• Ability to follow procedures, record information accurately.

• Deliver responsive repairs and general multi-skilled work across Portsmouth & Gosport.
• Work to health and safety guidelines and maintain quality service.
• Operate with minimal supervision and meet targets.
