Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Multi Skilled Technician - Joiner to join our Essex team. You will deliver responsive repairs and general multi-skilled work, with additional Plumbing skills advantageous. The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, on-site in Essex, with a rota for out-of-hours callouts.

The successful candidate must have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in the primary trade and reside in Essex. A full UK driving licence is essential and a basic DBS will be provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) Trade Qualification or equivalent.
• Competence in primary trade with ability to perform multiple trades.
• Experience in customer-focused social housing environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-trade tasks including basic plumbing, tiling, joinery, groundwork and flooring.
• Provide responsive repairs and maintain high-quality service.
• Work as part of a rota, including out-of-hours callouts.
