Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Multi Skilled Joiner for the Brighton & Crawley team. This permanent full-time role covers 40 hours per week, 8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota.

The successful candidate must live in the Brighton & Crawley area and hold a full UK driving licence; a basic DBS check will be provided. You will carry out joinery and general trades in social housing repairs.

Qualifications

• Proven joinery competence and ability to perform multi-trade tasks.
• Experience in customer-focused work, ideally within social housing.
• Proven ability to work methodically, follow procedures and record information.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time.
• Full UK driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive repairs and general multi-skilled work in Brighton & Crawley.
• Be part of an out-of-hours callout rota with additional payment.
• Ensure residents' homes are safe and well-maintained.
• Record work details accurately and clearly.
