Job summary

Liberty Property Services is seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Joiner (Disrepair) to join our disrepair team in Salford. The role focuses on repairs, reinstatement works, and delivering high-quality workmanship in occupied homes.

A CSCS card, driving licence, and a trade qualification are expected, with a strong emphasis on customer service and safety. You will handle a range of trades, including joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and basic carpentry tasks.

Qualifications

• A recognised trade qualification in Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering or a related building trade.
• A completed apprenticeship within a construction trade.
• Previous experience working as a Multi Skilled Operative.
• Strong joinery and carpentry skills.
• Experience carrying out repairs and reinstatement works in occupied properties.
• The ability to undertake work outside of their core trade, including basic plumbing, plastering and tiling.
• A valid CSCS card.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner with a background in disrepair, property maintenance, or social housing repairs?

Liberty Property Services. We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused tradesperson to join our growing Disrepair Team, carrying out a wide range of repairs and reinstatement works within occupied homes. This is a rewarding role where you'll make a real difference to residents by restoring homes to a safe, compliant, and high-quality standard

Working across a variety of domestic properties, you'll be responsible for completing repairs resulting from disrepair claims, water ingress, damp and mould remediation works, and general property reinstatement projects. You'll be trusted to identify solutions, deliver excellent workmanship, and provide outstanding customer service throughout every job

What You'll Be Doing

• Joinery and carpentry repairs

What We're Looking For
