Your Housing Group is seeking a Multi Skilled Joiner to deliver high-quality joinery and plumbing repairs in customers' homes across Wigan and Warrington. The role offers varied daily work and a strong focus on customer service.
You will hold an NVQ Level 3, have a driving licence, and bring health and safety knowledge; you will be a team player who communicates well and strives for right-first-time repairs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join Your Housing Groups Repairs and Maintenance Division and provide a high-quality Joinery repairs and replacement service. What will my working week look like? You will be working a 40-hour week Monday - Friday arriving at your first job at 8.00 am and heading home at 4.30 pm, working across Wigan and Warrington. You will also need to be able to attend our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington for meetings and training courses when needed
What will I be responsible for doing? First and foremost, you will be responsible for carrying out routine day to day Joinery and Plumbing repairs to a high standard in our customers' homes in Wigan and Warrington. One of the great things about this role is the flexibility and the variety, no two days will be the same and you will be making a positive difference to our customers Along with completing repairs to a high standard we will also require you to have excellent communication skills and some knowledge of ICT repairs systems and emails ensuring that the Customer receives an excellent repair service

Salary £36,089.55 plus van and fuel, increasing to £37,460.95 following successful probation
