Job summary

Recruit 4 Construction Ltd is seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our growing team in the United Kingdom. The role covers kitchen installations, plumbing adjustments, plastering, tiling, flooring, and door/fitments across social housing and void properties.

You will work with a professional approach in customers' homes, hold a clean driving licence, and be prepared for a DBS check. A reliable, punctual, independent work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in joinery, property maintenance or a related trade.
• Strong practical skills and attention to detail.
• Social housing/property maintenance experience is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working in tenanted and void properties.
• Professional approach when working in customers' homes.
• Clean driving licence.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install and fit kitchen units, worktops and sinks.
• Carry out plumbing adjustments and repairs.
• Plastering and plaster repairs.
• Tile walls and screed floors.
• Lay vinyl flooring.
• Install baths, WCs, WHBs and taps.
• Fit internal doors, frames, skirting and architraves.
• Repair joists and floorboards.
• Install garden gates.
• Replace uPVC windows, doors, fascia and gutters.
• Fit newel posts, banisters, spindles and rails.
