Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a Multi-Skilled Joiner to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering Havant & Gosport on a temp to perm basis. Carpentry will be the primary trade, backed up by multi-trade repair skills to deliver first-time fixes for residents.

You'll work independently, manage your own workload, keep accurate job records, and maintain your van and tools while delivering great customer service. There is an option to join the on-call rota, paid at £525 per week when on call.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/ City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Carpentry or Joinery.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong joinery skills plus solid multi-trade ability.
• Experience in a customer-focused, target-driven environment.
• Confident working independently and solving problems on the tools.
• Good health & safety awareness.
• Social housing experience desirable.
• Own power tools required.
