Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking a Multi-Skilled Joiner to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering Havant & Gosport on a Temp to Perm basis.

The role centers on carpentry with multi-trade repair skills to deliver first-time fixes for residents. You’ll work independently, manage your workload, keep job records, and maintain your van and tools while delivering excellent customer service. There is also an on-call rota with £525 for the week on-call.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/ City & Guilds in Carpentry or Joinery.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong joinery skills plus solid multi-trade ability.
• Experience in a customer-focused, target-driven environment.
• Confident working independently and solving problems on the tools.
• Good health & safety awareness.
• Social housing experience desirable.
• Own power tools required.

We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Joiner to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering Havant & Gosport on a Temp to Perm Basis

The Role

Carpentry will be your primary trade, backed up by multi-trade repair skills to help deliver first-time fixes for residents. You'll work independently, manage your own workload, keep accurate job records, and maintain your van, tools, all while delivering great customer service.

There's also the option to join the on-call, out-of-hours rota, paid at £525 for the week you're on call (full details discussed at interview).
