Your New Role

You will be working within the responsive repair team, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance to customers’ homes. You should be an adept joiner with experience working with domestic properties.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• NVQ Joinery / Time-Served
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Tools to carry out domestic joinery work
• Customer Service skills
• Previous social housing experience is preferred

Desirable Skills

• Multi-skilled in other trades
• Experience using a PDA
• Experience working on responsive repairs for a social housing provider
