Zusammenfassung

Pinnacle Group in Derby is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join our Soft Facilities Management Division. The role covers grounds maintenance, cleaning and bulk waste operations across residential estates, including mowing, hedge trimming, planting and waste removal.

This is a temporary to permanent position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. A full UK driving licence is essential, and you will work across sites delivering reliable, high-quality services.

Qualifikationen

• Full UK driving licence required for a minimum of 1 year.
• Experience in grounds maintenance, cleaning, bulk waste or similar multi-skilled role.
• Experience using gardening power tools and machinery.
• Comfortable with physical work including moving bulky items.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Flexible approach to working across grounds maintenance, cleaning and bulk operations.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Aufgaben

• Drive company vehicles and transport plant, machinery and equipment.
• Perform grounds maintenance: grass cutting, leaves, litter, hedges and beds.
• Use gardening equipment and ride-on machinery.
• Carry out general cleaning across estates and communal areas.
• Support bulk operations, including collection and disposal of bulk waste.
• Spread salt and grit to keep pathways safe.
• Carry out basic vehicle and equipment checks.
