Job summary
Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in Derby. This varied role covers grounds maintenance, cleaning and bulk waste operations across residential estates, including mowing lawns, hedge trimming and litter removal.
The position is temporary to permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a full UK driving licence essential. A supportive, values-driven culture and ongoing development opportunities await.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence for a minimum of 1 year.
- Experience within grounds maintenance, cleaning, bulk waste or a similar multi-skilled role.
- Experience using gardening power tools and machinery.
- Comfortable with physical work including lifting bulky items.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and safe working practices.
Responsibilities
- Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery and equipment.
- Carrying out grounds maintenance including grass cutting, hedge trimming and flower bed maintenance.
- Carrying out general cleaning duties across residential estates and communal areas.
- Supporting bulk operations, including collection and disposal of bulk waste.
