Job summary

Pinnacle Group in Derby is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join our Soft Facilities Management Division. The role covers grounds maintenance, cleaning and bulk waste operations across residential estates, with duties including mowing, hedge trimming, basic garden care and cleaning in communal areas.

This is a temporary to permanent, 40-hour week, Monday to Friday. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year.
• Experience in grounds maintenance, cleaning, bulk waste or similar multi-skilled role.
• Experience using gardening power tools and machinery.
• Comfortable with physical work.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Flexible across grounds maintenance, cleaning and bulk operations.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery and equipment.
• Grounds maintenance including grass cutting, hedge trimming and basic bed maintenance.
• Using gardening power tools and ride-on machinery.
• General cleaning across residential estates and communal areas.
• Bulk waste collection, removal and disposal.
• Salt and grit spreading to keep pathways safe.
• Vehicle and equipment checks and maintenance.
