Job Description:

A leading property maintenance company in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Gas Engineer to join them following the successful acquisition of a number of properties requiring a full renovation and on-going maintenance.

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per year and a good variety of work including kitchen and bathroom reinstatement and installs, planned gas checks and general maintenance. You will receive a fuel card, cost covered for materials and equipment.

As the Multi-Skilled Gas Engineer you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Experienced in domestic gas checks, kitchen and bathroom reinstatement and installations, and general maintenance.
• Possess other DIY skills such as tiling, painting and decorating (highly desirable).
• Familiar with health & safety guidelines.
• Gas safe registered.
• Hold a valid CSCS Card and trade-related certificates.
• You will be physically fit and have great interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own van and tools is essential.

You will be working from various locations in and around the Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and Cheshire areas between 8.00am 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. NO WEEKEND WORK.

Appointment will be subject to right to work checks, satisfactory references and completion of a personality test.
