Pioneer Selection - Manufacturing & Industry Recruitment Specialists is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Salisbury. This is a 4-on/4-off night shift in a state-of-the-art, fully automated factory, offering opportunities for technical growth and progression.

You will perform electrical maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventive maintenance on a range of automated production machinery to maximise uptime and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on maintenance and fault-finding in a fast-paced factory.
• Qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventative maintenance on automated production machinery.

Job Role of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Hands-on electrical fault-finding experience.
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
