Mitie is seeking a Multiskilled Engineer with an HVAC bias to maintain and repair HVAC and related building services within high street retail stores. You will respond to client queries, supervise contractors, and ensure all safety and statutory requirements are met.

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain, service and repair HVAC and associated building services equipment within retail environments.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client queries and keeping them informed of all site activities.
• Supervise and assist contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring all works comply with statutory and safety requirements.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and within required timescales.

Required Qualifications:

• City & Guilds qualification or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Proven experience within a maintenance or facilities management environment.
• Strong understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building statutory compliance.
