Tiro Contracts in Wales is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a respected FMCG manufacturing team. You will maintain and improve production equipment, drive reliability, reduce downtime and deliver continuous improvement across the site.

You will work with production teams to identify root causes, implement long-term solutions and push the site towards world-class manufacturing standards, while building a lasting career with internal progression.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled engineering experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food, packaging or process environments.
• Strong fault-finding abilities across electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Experience supporting high-speed production machinery.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
