Recruit4staff represents a leading FMCG packaging manufacturing business seeking a Lead Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Tewkesbury. The role owns the site engineering function, budgets, and maintenance strategy within a fast-paced plant environment.

You will lead a team, manage contractors, and drive continuous improvement, facilities upkeep, and capital investment projects to meet ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in a similar engineering leadership role within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical circuits.
• Recognised engineering qualification such as City & Guilds or HNC.
• Experience managing engineering teams, contractors and maintenance systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead the site engineering function and budget for maintenance and projects.
• Manage planned maintenance activities and contractor management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and capital projects.
• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance.
• Oversee facilities management and CAMMS-based maintenance delivery.
