Qualifications
- Time-served multi-skilled engineer or recognised engineering qualification.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong fault-finding and proactive problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical and automation faults.
- Delivering planned and reactive maintenance to maximise equipment availability.
- Driving continuous improvement projects to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Supporting production through proactive problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Working with site KPIs including OEE and downtime reduction.
- Maintaining safety, quality and engineering excellence; coaching others.
