• Recognised electrical qualification required (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management environments.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills with building services plant.
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation and safe systems of work.
• Full UK Driving Licence with strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site.
• Diagnose faults and undertake repairs on electrical and building services systems.
• Deliver minor electrical installation works and support lifecycle and small project activities.
• Supervise subcontractors, manage permits to work, and ensure compliance with health & safety procedures.
