Job summary

TechNichols Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer / Multi Skilled Engineer for a Birmingham site. You will support production machinery through reactive maintenance, fault finding, PPM, and small projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires an engineering apprenticeship or equivalent experience, a multi-skilled mechanical and electrical background, and the ability to work 4 on 4 off days and nights.

Qualifications

• Completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Experience in maintenance engineering within manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Multi-skilled mechanical and electrical background encouraged.
• Proactive hands-on fault finding and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Reactive maintenance and fault finding on production machinery.
• Breakdown repairs and planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
• Machinery improvements and small projects to enhance uptime.
• Assist with installations and equipment upgrades as required.
