We are looking for a skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced food manufacturing business. You'll play a key role in keeping production lines running smoothly, minimising downtime, and ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
• Support continuous improvement projects to boost reliability and efficiency.
• Work closely with production teams to resolve breakdowns quickly and minimise disruption.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Accurately record maintenance activities and keep documentation up to date.

Qualifications

• Time-served Engineer with a recognised qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Confident fault-finding across both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment (food industry experience desirable).
• A proactive problem solver with a hands-on approach.
