Job summary

Bellrock is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to maintain performance, reliability and safety across a diverse London property portfolio. You’ll work within the Symphony Engineering team, applying engineering expertise, asset data and digital tools to prevent failures and improve asset reliability.

The role covers planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical and fabric systems, with access to CAFM and BMS systems.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a recognised trade qualification.
  • Multi-skilled maintenance experience within commercial building services.
  • Experience maintaining mechanical, electrical and basic building fabric systems.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and minor works across mechanical, electrical and building fabric systems.
  • Diagnose faults, identify root causes and implement permanent corrective solutions.
  • Carry out statutory inspections, testing and maintenance in line with legislation and best practice.
  • Undertake mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance to support safe operation of commercial buildings.
  • Use asset information and maintenance history to improve equipment reliability and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Record maintenance activities using CAFM systems and mobile technology.

Multi-Skilled Engineer

Role Overview

The Multi-Skilled Engineer is responsible for maintaining the performance, reliability and safety of a diverse property portfolio through a proactive, engineering-led approach. Working as part of the Symphony Engineering team, you'll use engineering expertise, asset intelligence and digital technologies to identify and resolve issues before they become operational failures. The role focuses on improving asset reliability, reducing operational risk and delivering high engineering standards across the estate. You'll collaborate with Bureau Engineers, Technical Support teams and specialist supply chain partners to make informed engineering decisions based on asset condition, operational risk and real-time building data. Success is measured by preventing failures, improving asset performance and driving continuous improvement, rather than simply completing work orders. All Engineers must complete the Symphony Academy training programme and maintain annual accreditation.

You are looking for 4, full time employees for this position, (Fabric, Multi-Skilled and M&E).

Key Responsibilities

Essential
