Wolviston Management Services seeks a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer with an electrical bias to support critical building services across a flagship corporate estate in Canary Wharf and the City of London. Qualifications

• A recognised electrical qualification with experience in commercial building services.
• C&G BS7671 qualification (or equivalent).
• HVAP qualification is required or desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across building services.
• Support operation of critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure for reliability.
• Respond to faults and incidents, minimising downtime.
• Ensure works comply with safety, statutory and client requirements.
• Supervise specialist contractors and review RAMS and permits.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in CAFM systems.
• Support commissioning and mobilisation activities for estate projects.

Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer looking to join a high-performing team within a prestigious and technically challenging environment?

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer with an electrical bias to support the delivery of critical engineering services across a flagship corporate estate. Working within a professional and collaborative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of building services whilst maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

You will also play a key role in supporting the mobilisation and integration of a significant new building project, helping to ensure a seamless transition and operational readiness.

As a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer, you'll:

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a wide range of building services systems.
• Support the operation of critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure to ensure maximum reliability and performance.
• Respond to faults and incidents, identifying effective solutions to minimise downtime and disruption.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with statutory, company, and client compliance requirements.
• Supervise specialist contractors and review RAMS, permits, and completed works.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and compliance documentation through CAFM systems.
• Support commissioning, asset verification, and mobilisation activities associated with estate expansion projects.

About You To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

• A recognised electrical qualification and experience working within commercial building services environments.
• C&G BS7671 qualification (or equivalent).
• HVAP qualification.
• Experience of planned and reactive maintenance within critical or corporate facilities.
• Knowledge of permit-to-work systems and safe systems of work.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• A flexible, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering operational excellence.
