Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Multi Skilled Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Multi Skilled Engineer, will be responsible for:

• Carry out a variety of planned preventative maintenance, remedial works, plumbing tasks, minor fabric repairs and electro-mechanical duties in line with client expectations and agreed timescales.
• Complete emergency lighting checks, AHU maintenance, repairs to plumbing installations, heating and ventilation systems, and general building fabric maintenance.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, professionally and to the required company and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate customer logbooks, compliance documentation and detailed write-ups of all work completed.
• Use PDA and client systems to update job progress, record activity and support first-time fixes wherever possible.

To be successful for this Multi Skilled Engineer role you must have:

• Relevant trade qualifications such as City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, HND, ONC or equivalent.
• Experience across plumbing and building maintenance, with additional knowledge of mechanical, electrical and fabric works.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft packages, with familiarity using PDA and CAFM systems.
• Strong communication, time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
