Job summary

Team Jobs - Commercial in London is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to cover commercial properties across London. The role involves plumbing, electrical and general building/fabric maintenance, so solid experience in at least two areas is required along with a core trade qualification.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in at least two of the following: Plumbing, Electrical or Fabric/Handyman.
• Qualif ication in at least one core trade (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent) or 10+ years' practical experience.
• 18th Edition required where electrical is a core trade.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Comfortable working on commercial sites and travelling across London.

Responsibilities

• Attending commercial maintenance and reactive call-outs across London.
• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults.
• Completing electrical maintenance within your qualifications.
• Carrying out general fabric works, including minor carpentry and building repairs.
• Servicing HIUs and associated controls, with training available.
• Completing job reports and keeping the office updated on works.
• Working directly with customers and site teams.
• Escalating specialist or out-of-scope works where required.
