Job summary

PRS are recruiting for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to cover a portfolio of commercial buildings across Oxfordshire. The role will involve carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties, ensuring all building services and facilities are maintained to a high standard.

The role requires PPM and reactive maintenance, electrical fault finding and repairs, and maintenance of lighting, power and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Qualified Multi-Skilled Engineer
• Strong electrical bias and fault-finding ability
• Commercial facilities maintenance experience required

Responsibilities

• Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance within commercial buildings
• Electrical fault finding and repairs
• Maintenance of lighting, power and electrical systems
• General building services and facilities maintenance
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests
• Completing planned maintenance schedules
• Identifying and resolving faults across building services
• Working across multiple commercial sites
• Participating in a 1 in 8 call-out rota
• Overtime available on a 1 in 5 basis

Overtime: 1 in 5

The Candidate:

• Qualified Multi-Skilled Engineer
• Strong electrical bias
• Relevant electrical qualifications and 18th Edition
• Previous commercial facilities maintenance experience
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence
