Job summary

TEAM Inc. is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to cover commercial properties across London. The role combines plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance, requiring solid experience in at least two trades.

You will attend maintenance calls, diagnose faults, perform electrical tasks within your qualifications and carry out fabric works, while liaising with customers and site teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in at least two core trades (Plumbing, Electrical or Fabric/Handyman).
• 18th Edition required where electrical is a core trade.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Comfortable working on commercial sites and travelling across London.

Responsibilities

• Attend commercial maintenance and reactive call-outs across London.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing faults.
• Complete electrical maintenance within qualifications.
• Carry out general fabric works including carpentry and building repairs.
• Service HIUs and associated controls (training available).
• Complete job reports and keep the office updated on works.

Job description

We're recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to cover commercial properties across London. The role will involve a mixture of plumbing, electrical and general building/fabric maintenance, so we're looking for someone with solid experience in at least two of these areas. What you'll be doing

• Attending commercial maintenance and reactive call-outs across London
• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults
• Completing electrical maintenance within your qualifications
• Carrying out general fabric works, including minor carpentry and building repairs
• Servicing HIUs and associated controls, with training available
• Completing job reports and keeping the office updated on works
• Working directly with customers and site teams
• Escalating specialist or out-of-scope works where required
• Strong experience in at least two of the following: Plumbing, Electrical or Fabric/Handyman
• Relevant qualification in at least one core trade, such as NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent, or 10+ years' practical experience
• 18th Edition required where electrical is a core trade
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Comfortable working on commercial sites and travelling across London
