Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias Preferred)

Shift: Day Shifts Only – No Weekend Work

We are seeking a time served and experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join our FMCH clients team in a full-time, permanent role. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background (50/50 or electrically biased), with relevant recognised qualifications, and will be confident working across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and mentor apprentice engineers within the team.
• Perform frequent line changes with assistance from fellow engineers.
• Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to a high standard.
• Carry out fault finding across the following systems:
• Electrical
• Mechanical
• PLCs
• Diagnose, dismantle, repair, and rebuild motors, gearboxes, and pumps.
• Experience is preferred but training will be provided where necessary.
• Install and commission new equipment, with most installation work carried out in-house.
• Modify and improve existing plant, aiming to complete as much as possible internally.

Shift Pattern: Day Shifts Only

Working Week: 4½ days / 40 hours per week

Week 1:

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm

Week 2:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Flexi Friday: Every fourth Friday is scheduled off, with the extra hours worked during the other three weeks.
