Key Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

• General property repairs: fencing, ground works, door/frame/lock fixes, ceiling/floor tile repairs
• Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, and bathroom fitting
• Fire door maintenance and repairs
• On-site material procurement and job documentation
• Providing top-tier customer service and taking pride in every job

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience across at least 3 of the following trades: plumbing, painting & decorating, tiling, joinery, plastering, carpentry, bathroom fitting, flooring
• Clean UK driving licence
• Own tools & a strong work ethic
• Flexibility for overtime or occasional out-of-hours work
• Great team player with attention to detail
• Experience using PDA/handheld tech (preferred)
• Understanding of Health & Safety best practices
