Job summary

Peaks & Plains Housing Trust is recruiting for a maintenance repairs operative to deliver high-quality, customer-focused repairs on our housing stock. You will work to performance targets, ensuring first-time fixes by having the right materials and tools, while complying with statutory and Health & Safety requirements.

The role offers a vehicle for travel between home and work, a defined contribution pension scheme, health cash plan, and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Relevant Building Trades qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3).
• Multi-skilled experience across a range of building trades.
• Experience working within statutory and Health & Safety regulations in construction.
• A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and quality workmanship.
