Job summary

Trevett Services are recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to cover M&E maintenance at a high-end education site in Kilburn. You will handle PPM and reactive work, fault-finding, small installations, and power distribution, while logging works and reviewing RAMS from sub-contractors. Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 with a call-out rota (approx.

Qualifications

• FM background with level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent.
• 18th edition
• Able to pass a basic DBS check

Responsibilities

• Maintain M&E across the building, covering both PPM and reactive tasks.
• Fault-finding and small installations, including control panels and power distribution.
• Log all works and review RAMS from sub-contractors.
• Work in a high-end education environment and be client facing.
• Adhere to PTWs and ensure safety and compliance.
