Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a Stoke-on-Trent based manufacturer seeking practical, hands-on production operatives. You will join a busy team, carrying out batch production and final assembly, following drawings and quality standards while developing multi-skilled capabilities within a supportive training environment.

Ideal candidates have a practical background in bench joinery, roofing or related trades, with good manual skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Background in practical trades.
• Ability to follow instructions and drawings.
• Willingness to learn and develop multi-skilled production skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and finalise products on the production line.
• Follow drawings and production specifications.
• Measure, assemble and fit components accurately.
• Ensure products meet quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
• Work as part of a team and also independently when required.
