Job summary

TQR Consultancy Ltd seeks an experienced Bench Joiner to join a busy furniture manufacturing environment on a temporary basis. You will manufacture and assemble furniture frames and components, using a range of hand and power tools, and assist in developing frames and jigs as required.

This is a hands-on role for a joiner who can hit the ground running, consistently deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced production environment, and operate production machinery safely while supporting the

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' joinery experience.
• Previous experience in furniture manufacturing or a production environment is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of joinery and furniture construction.
• Confident using a range of hand and power tools.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to work at pace.
• Flexible and willing to learn new skills where required.
