Regional Recruitment is seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join a busy workshop in Hinckley. The role involves working from drawings, producing high-quality joinery items, and contributing to a professional, growing team.

This is a hands-on, temp-perm, full-time position with ongoing development and training. Immediate start is available for the right candidate, who can work independently and as part of a team while maintaining high workmanship standards.

• Strong practical joinery skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out bench joinery work to a high standard.
• Working from drawings and specifications.
• Measuring, cutting and assembling timber and other materials.
• Using a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely.
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within required timescales.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Checking completed work to ensure it meets the required quality standards.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
• Following all company health and safety procedures.
• Undertaking any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company.
