Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - Bristol & Surrounding Areas - Up to £50,500

Join a leading national maintenance service provider as a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer in Bristol and surrounding areas. This role involves servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning, HVAC, and refrigeration systems within retail and banking environments. The company is open to considering junior candidates at a lower salary.

You will be part of an existing mobile maintenance team working on service and breakdown tasks for a prominent international retail brand.

Location: Bristol and surrounding areas

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities include:

• Performing PPM and reactive maintenance
• Servicing and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Working on split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, and other HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Possessing electrical knowledge is advantageous
• Extensive building services knowledge

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (minimum)
• NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (highly desirable)
• F-Gas 2079 Cat 1 certification (essential)
• Experience in maintenance or facilities management
• Knowledge of health & safety, permit-to-work procedures, and safe working practices
• Manual handling, working at heights, and confined space working capabilities
• Full valid driver’s license
• On-call rota availability
• Good communication skills and proficiency with mobile devices
