• Location: Field-based, covering Bristol and surrounding areas (BS postcode)
• Clients: High street retailers & banks for the TS-Mobile division
• Salary: £28,548 up to £50,500, depending on qualifications and experience

Role Purpose

Operate and maintain building AC/HVAC services, perform Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive Maintenance, diagnostics, fault finding, and general maintenance including plumbing and toilet blockages. Participate in out-of-hours call outs and complete documentation accurately.

Main Duties

1. Perform routine PPM tasks in accordance with SFG20.
2. Carry out reactive maintenance and electrical repairs, including air conditioning repairs.
3. Complete minor works and certification.
4. Attend site meetings and training.
5. Be proactive on site and cooperate with other disciplines.
6. Procure materials and equipment as needed.
7. Participate in call-out rota with additional pay.
8. Support contract mobilisation and change management.
9. Utilize mobile technology effectively.
10. Manage financial procedures and improve efficiencies.
11. Ensure compliance with statutory and legislative requirements.
12. Adhere to client operational procedures and obtain necessary access permissions.
13. Complete risk assessments and work worksheets.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in maintenance, testing, and fault finding on HVAC and lighting equipment.
• Relevant qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration, C&G certifications, F-Gas Category 1.
• At least 5 years in an air con service role.
• Experience with packaged and split systems, commercial equipment.
• Electrical qualifications: C&G 236, BS7671, C&G 2391 (desired).
• Proactive, detailed, customer-focused, and flexible to work hours.
• Full UK driving license.
