Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - Exeter & Surrounding Areas - Up to £50,500

Join a leading national maintenance service provider seeking to expand its operations by recruiting a specialised Commercial Air Conditioning & Refrigeration engineer for retail and banking environments in Exeter and surrounding areas. The client is also open to considering junior candidates at a lower salary.

You will be part of the current mobile maintenance team, servicing an international retail brand, handling service and breakdowns on air conditioning, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.

Your responsibilities include all commercial air conditioning maintenance and general building services in Exeter and nearby areas.

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday, 08:00 am - 05:00 pm

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Minimum) - Salary up to £39,000
• NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Highly desirable) - Salary up to £50,500
• Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
• Experience in maintenance or facilities management environments
• Knowledge of health & safety, permit to work procedures, and safe systems of work
• Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces
• On-call rota participation
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including mobile device usage
• Self-motivated, solutions-focused, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Full driving license

• Electrical knowledge is advantageous
• Extensive building services knowledge
