Platform Property Care is seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to join a busy repairs and maintenance team serving Matlock, Chesterfield and nearby areas. The successful candidate will put the finishing touches to homes with pride, work well in a team or independently, and bring attention to detail with a right-first-time approach.

• Apprenticeship in Painting and Decorating or City & Guilds equivalent.
• Extensive painting and decorating experience.
• Good organisational skills and ability to keep jobs on track.

Responsabilités

• Finish and deliver high-quality painting and decorating work in customers' homes.
• Work with repairs and maintenance team to maintain properties in Matlock and Chesterfield areas.
• Be organised, deliver work right first time and meet deadlines.
• Possess a full driving licence as the role is mobile and travel may be required.

Calling all experienced Multi Skill Trades Painter and Decorators -can you give our homes the perfect finish?

We are looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our talented and busy repairs and maintenance team and help maintain our homes in Matlock, Chesterfield and the surrounding area.

What could you be doing?

Putting the finishing touch to our properties you will be an important part of a busy team delivering repairs and maintenance. With a passion for detail, you will have the ability to work on your own initiative. If you also have additional trade skills, especiallyexperience of tiling you should really get in touch!

We want somebody who can:

A team player, you'll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You'll be working in people's homes, so you'll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication and customer service skills.You'll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering work right first time.

Some things we need from you:

• You will have served an apprenticeship in Painting and Decorating or obtained an equivalent City & Guilds qualification
• Extensive time served in Painting, Decorating and associated trade skills
• Good organisational skills
• Experience of keeping jobs on track
• Takes ownership, responsibility for their tasks and has a right first-time approach
• Works well alone but also as part of a team
• The drive to ensure works are completed quickly and efficientlywhilst meeting strict deadlines
• Full current validdriving Licenceessential as this is a mobile role
• As you will be working in customers' homes you will need a DBS check.

This role is for a team based in the following towns so you will need to live close to or in these areas: Matlock and Chesterfield.
