Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee workplace services across multiple sites, maintaining high service standards.
• Coordinate day-to-day cleaning and operations, addressing issues proactively.
• Act as the main client contact, building strong relationships and aligning services with needs.
• Lead, coach and support regional workplace teams to drive performance.
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
• Oversee supplier performance and contracts to ensure value and compliance.
• Ensure health and safety and ESG policies are followed across the portfolio.
• Analyse performance data, monitor KPIs/SLAs, and drive improvements.
