Job summary

Pertemps Bristol Commercial is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join during a period of investment and change. The role focuses on visible ownership of workplace operations across Bristol and other sites, creating safe, efficient and professional environments while supporting building improvements and workplace enhancements.

You will lead a small facilities team, manage contractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive service standards with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Proven facilities management experience within a corporate environment.
• Experience managing external suppliers and service partners.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites or regional operations.
• Hands-on leadership style and proactive problem solving.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to make decisions independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations at Bristol and other sites as needed.
• Manage external suppliers, contractors and service partners to high standards.
• Lead facilities projects and workplace improvements with minimal disruption.
• Drive compliance across health & safety, building services and statutory requirements.
• Monitor budgets, service delivery and operational performance.
• Provide leadership and support to a small facilities team.
• Act as the key point of contact for workplace-related issues and improvements.
